Is it a conspiracy against DG, Jails ?

Suddenly the name of Tihar jail has come up in the Antilla weapon case of Mumbai. Sources say that it seems the conspiracy has reportedly been hatched against the present DG , Jail. He is an AGMUT cadre IPS officer. Will there be a thorough investigation in this matter ?
