Ajay Rana has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of ITCONS e-Solutions Limited, commencing August 18, 2026. Currently Director General (Independent Charge) of Amity University Greater Noida and Senior Vice President of Ritnand Balved Education Foundation, he brings over 26 years of experience in higher education leadership, research and institutional transformation.
