Hariharan Devnarayan Iyer has ceased to be a Director of Abans Financial Services Limited upon completion of his term as Non-Executive Independent Director. Meanwhile, Naresh Madhu Tejwani has resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and ceased to be a Director of the company.
