J Digi appointed PCME, NFR

J Digi, who is presently working as Chief Workshop Engineer (CWE) in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
