Meanwhile, Mrs. Arpana Sandeep Shah has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Women Independent) and Chirag Hasija has been made Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the company. Besides, Ashok Kumar Dudi has resigned from the position of Managing Director of the company.
