Jha appointed in HAG

Sarath Kumar Jha, who is presently working as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) (CHOD) in East Central Railway, has been appointed in higher administrative grade (HAG) and posted in the same capacity on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
