Jitender Kumar appointed CBE, WCR

SC Sagar - who is presently posted in North Western Railway (NWR) - has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and appointed as Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
