Jitendra Agarwal joins SM Mart board as Ind. Director

Jitendra Agarwal has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of SG Mart Limited. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, he spent 28 years with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and its network entities, retiring in March 2026. He has extensive experience in statutory audits, financial reporting, risk management and governance across diverse sectors, including energy, manufacturing, technology and financial services. He has also served on Deloitte South Asia’s Coordinating Board and contributed to the development of accounting and auditing standards in India.
