Joint Secretaries get Non-Functional Upgradation

Mrs. Aastha Saxena Khatwani presently on central deputation in the Ministry of Women and Child Development and Padma Lochan Sahu presently on central deputation as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Culture, New Delhi, have been accorded Non-Functional Upgradation. They are 1991 batch ICAS officers.
