Justice AS Nazeer to become part of SC Collegium

Justice Abdul S Nazeer will be inducted into the Supreme Court Collegium following the retirement of Justice AM Khanwilkar on July 29, 2022.  In fact, Justice Nazeer will join the Collegium a month earlier owing to the demise of Justice Mohan M Shantanagoudar. He was originally supposed to become part of the Collegium only upon the retirement of Chief Justice of India NV Ramana.
