Justice MM Ayumantakath appointed Acting CJ, Kerala HC

Justice Muhamed Mustaque Ayumantakath, Judge of Kerala High Court, has been assigned to perform the duties of Acting Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from July 5, 2024, consequent upon the retirement of incumbent Justice Ashish Jitendra Desai.
