Justice PV Ganediwala recommended as Permanent Judge of Bombay HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has approved the proposal for the appointment of an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court – Justice PV Ganediwala – as Permanent Judge of that High Court. The decision was taken on Wednesday.
