Justice RM Chhaya to be Acting CJ, Gujarat High Court

Justice Rashmin Manharbhai Chhaya, second senior-most Judge of Gujarat High Court, has been assigned to perform the duties of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from September 2, 2021, consequent upon the retirement of Justice Vineet Kothari.
