Justice SK Mishra is Acting CJ of Uttarakhand HC

Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra, senior-most Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, has been appointed as Acting Chief Justice of that High Court. He will assume charge on December 24, 2021, a day after incumbent Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan retires.
