Justice Sujoy Paul, Judge of the Calcutta High Court, has been appointed to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court consequent upon the appointment of Justice Soumen Sen, Judge of the Calcutta High Court, as Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court.
