Justice Sunil Gaur yet to assume charge as Chairman of Appellate Tribunal for PMLA

The newly-appointed Chairperson of Appellate Tribunal for PMLA, New Delhi, Justice Sunil Gaur is yet to assume charge at the Tribunal. It is currently headed by acting Chairperson G C Mishra.
