Justice Vineet Kothari appointed Acting CJ, Gujarat High Court

Justice Vineet Kothari, senior-most Judge of Gujarat High Court, has been assigned to perform the duties of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date Justice Vikram Nath relinquishes the charge as Chief Justice consequent upon his appointment as a Judge of Supreme Court.
