Kanchan Charam granted HAG on non-functional basis

Ms. Kanchan Charan – who is presently posted as East Coast Railway (ECoR) – has been granted higher administrative grade (HAG) on non-functional basis. She is an Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFS) officer.
