Kapania to get another role in Aditya Birla Group

Himanshu Kapania has stepped down and will relinquish his role as the Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Ltd from  December 31, 2019, as he will be pursuing another role in Aditya Birla Group.
