Kartikaye Mathur promoted as Principal Director (GST-I)

Kartikaye Mathur, Director, National Academy of Audit and Accounts, Shimla, has been promoted to the grade of Accountant General (Senior Administrative Grade).  He will take over as Principal Director (GST-I) in this office. He is a 2004 batch IA & AS officer.
