After retirement, Haryana cadre IAS officer Ashok Khemka got a big relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Allowing Khemka’s writ petition, Justices Harsimran Singh Sethi and Deepak Manchanda ruled that Khemka be treated as an empanelled Additional Secretary and secretary for future assignments. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre.
