KM Rao appointed PCE, ICF

K Mastan Rao has been transferred from Southern Railway (SR) to Integral Coach Factory (ICF) and posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
