Let PSB Boards decide organisation structure: BBB

The Bank Board Bureau in its March 2018 report had recommended to the Central Government that Boards of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) be empowered to decide the organisation structure and staff deployment depending upon needs and strategy of each PSB.
