Lila Dhar Singh Yadav, who is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer, has tendered his technical resignation from Railway service with effect from September 19, 2025, to enable his permanent absorption in Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL). He will be deemed to have retired from Railway service from the same date.
