Samir Kumar Das has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director and designated as Chairman of the Board of Lime Chemicals Limited. Meanwhile, Ms. Rakhi Jayantilal Upadhay has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company.
