Lt Gen Manjinder Singh heads ARTRAC

Lt Gen Manjinder Singh has taken   over as the 24th GOC-in-C of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC)  Simla.He has succeeded Lt Gen Surinder Singh Mahal, who retired on Nov 30.
