Manish Gupta is CSO, NCR

Manish K Gupta – who is an IRSEE officer belonging to NFHAG grade and posted in Western Railway – has been transferred to North Central Railway and posted as CSO. He replaces PD Mishra, who has been shifted as CELE/NCR.
