Manish Kumar Meena moved to West Central Railway

Manish Kumar Meena, who is presently serving in East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) on his own request and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
