Ms Manisha Saxena (IRS (C&CE) 2000-batch officer) took charge as Joint Secretary, Department of Health Research (DHR), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. She was previously serving as Senior Deputy Director General of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and looked after its administration. This is an upgradation/deputation from ICMR to DHR.
