Manoj Kumar redesignated as PCPO (Con.), Northern Railway

Manoj Kumar, who is presently serving in Northern Railway as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) (Construction), has been redesignated as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) (Con.) in Northern Railway. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
