Manoj Singh appointed Member (O & BD), Railway Board

Manoj Singh, presently serving as Additional Member (Marketing & Business Development), Railway Board, has been appointed as Member (Operations & Business Development), Railway Board, and Ex-officio Secretary to the Government of India. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
