Manpreet Vohra chosen for new strategic assignment from MEA ?

Manpreet Vohra , currently Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan, will soon relinquish charge for a strategic assignment with Ministry of External Affairs. He is an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer of 1988 batch. Vinay Kumar, IFS officer of 1992 batch who is currently Joint Secretary in Ministry of External Affairs will take over from Vohra as the next Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan.
