Markus Bamberger appointed Chairman, Bosch Ltd.

Markus Bamberger has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) and designated as Chairman of Bosch Limited with effect from June 1, 2021. He will succeed Dr. Heinrich Bernhard Straub, who has stepped down from the position of Director and Chairman.
