Meena granted HAG on non-functional basis

Vijai Singh Meena, who is presently posted in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been granted higher administrative grade (HAG) on non-functional basis with effect from November 3, 2020. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
