Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Delhi Govt

Praveen Kumar Gupta has been appointed as CMD, Delhi Financial Corporation (DFC), while Ms Rinku Dhugga was made Financial Commissioner with additional charge of Secretary, Cooperation and Ms Manisha Saxena gets additional charge of Secretary, Art, Culture & Language. Besides, D N Singh has been appointed as Special Secretary, Home in Delhi Government.
