MK Agarwal shifted as PCME, NFR

MK Agarwal, who is presently working as Chief Safety Officer (CSO) in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been shifted to North Eastern Railway (NFR) and posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME). He is an Indian Railways Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
