Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd re-appoints Jawahar Lal Oswal as CMD

Jawahar Lal Oswal has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of Monte Carlo Fashions Limited with effect from August 10, 2026. Meanwhile, Ms. Ruchika Oswal and Ms. Monica Oswal have been re-appointed as Executive Directors of the company, commencing August 10, 2026, while Manikant Prasad Singh and Parvinder Singh Pruthi have been re-appointed as Independent Directors with effect from February 1, 2027.
