MP registered vehicles not getting PUC certificates in four States

The vehicles registered in Madhya Pradesh are unable to get Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates in four states: Delhi, UP, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The vehicle owners bearing MP registered numbers in these States are reported to have been facing problems for some months with fine charges for want of PUC certificates. MP server is stated to be not working in these states.
