Mrs. Arundhati Bhattacharya quits CRISIL Board for new assignment

Former SBI Chairperson Ms Arundhati Bhattacharya has vacated her seat as Independent Director of CRISIL Ltd to join as Chairperson and CEO of Saleforce. Her resignation will become effective from April 15, 2020. In her resignation, she has indicated that the reason for her resignation is her decision to accept a full-time role as Chairperson and CEO in Salesforce.
