Mrs Deshpande granted Non-Functional Upgradation to HAG

Mrs Renu C Deshpande, Director, INGAF (NER) Aizwal, has been granted Non-Functional Upgradation NFU) to Higher Administrative Grade (HAG). She is a 1989 batch ICAS officer.
