Ms Dhir appointed CAO (PIS), Northern Railway

Ms. Seema Dhir, who is presently posted in Northern Railway (NR), has been appointed as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), PIS, in the Railway itself. She is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
