Ms Rina Sonowal Kouli to return to parent cadre in Feb

Ms Rina Sonowal Kouli, Director, Higher Education will be returning to her parent cadre in February. Ms Kouli who belongs to a 1994 batch officer of Indian Information Service (IIS) is completing her extended tenure in February.
