Ms. Manjula Saxena, who is presently posted as Chief Project Officer (CPO) (Administration) in Western Railway (WR), has been posted as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
