Ms Tripti Gurha, who is presently serving as Chief Administrative Officer/Passenger Services (CAO/PS), Northern Railway (NR), has been posted as Chief Administrative Officer (Passenger Ticketing System) [CAO (PTS)] on the Railway itself. She is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
