Will D D Padsalgikar, Commissioner of Police, Mumbai be next DGP of Maharastra on July 1? Though, after present DGP, he will be the senior most IPS officer in the state, he is schedule to retire in August this year. If appointed, he will be DGP for two months .He is a 1982 batch IPS officer.
