Naresh kumar, Chairman, NDMC is likely to move out of NDMC. A 1987 UT cadre IAS officer Kumar's name is doing the round for the post of next Vice Chairman, DDA if present VC moves . Presently the post of VC, DDA is Addl Secretary rank.
