Neeraj Gupta, who is presently serving as Chief Safety Officer (CSO), North Eastern Railway (NER), has been posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
