New name for DGP, Sikkim yet to be declared; Negi in race

The Government of Sikkim is yet to declare the name for the post of Director General of Police as present incumbent Avinash Mohananey is retiring on August 31, 2017. The name of S D Negi is being bandied around for the successor of Mohananey.
