New responsibilities for 3 IPS officers in UP

A Satish Ganesh has been appointed as ADG, Police Training College, Moradabad, while SK Bhagat will also handle charge of ADG, GRP in addition to his current assignment and Ravi Joseph Loku has been relieved of the additional charge of ADG, Moradabad Police Training College, in UP.
