Nilmani Brahma appointed CTE, Eastern Railway

Vinod Bampal - who is presently posted in Eastern Railway (ER) - has been appointed as Chief Track Engineer (CTE) in the Railway itself.  He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
